All About Tiago Freitas

My name is Tiago Freitas, home-based in Coimbra and the leader of a team with 6 agents spread throughout the country (Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra and Algarve).

We are real estate agents, that work mainly as buyer agents, property investment advisors and also rental property managers.

In the past few years, I have successfully assisted several property transactions, on a one-to-one basis, putting all the efforts into assisting and advising my clients on the location, house or investment that fits their needs and wishes. Being with them throughout the process, house hunting, negotiation of the price and conditions, providing professional analysis of the house documentation, organizing and scheduling the deed, providing assistance on getting a mortgage and after-sale assistance.

During these years, I also developed several skills and knowledge about rental property management.
