Explanatory note of prices:
For example, if we are considering a ground dwelling, this will have an approximate cost of 850.00/m2. If it is a two-story residence, it will have a reference price of 850.00/m2 for the first floor and 1100.00/m2 for the R/Chão floor due to the structural reinforcement necessary to support the height construction. It is necessary to pay attention that these prices of references are not included and are excluded the price of the land, or the price of two exterior arranjos (which can only be calculated after an analysis of the land and definition by the client) and the kitchen , clothes and furniture (this being personalized according to the decoration intended for the dwelling in the project phase).
