I live in Laranjeiro, a five-minute walk from the Metro station and a 20-minute drive from the center of Lisbon.
I am on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator which makes it easy for my new owners to come to me, either with the shopping bags, with the stroller and for those with reduced mobility. The area of the building offers plenty of parking.
