Our Story

Mayer & Andrade's story began in 2018 on Pico Island, more than 1,500km from our headquarters in Porto.

Glazed by the unspeakable beauty of this Island in the Central Group, by the grandeur of the sea that surrounds it and by the genuine life of the people, Uncle and Nephew (Salvador and João), began to travel frequently and with time came the desire to stay.

From here was born the idea of making the Island known to more people and we created a family business whose starting point is the purchase and sale of houses and land to others passionate about this place.

Months later, the family came together to expand the territory of operation to the entire country.

Our name reflects who we are, a Family.
