Designed by Carrilho da Graça, the Touriga Nacional villas privileged the experience of natural spaces in total privacy.
The villas are connected to the outside by large windows and patios, allowing the enjoyment of the garden and swimming pool.
The horizontality, which evokes the architecture of the region, contrasts with the verticality of the towers that rise at the ends, conquering the view over the city and the castle.
With large plots, the residences are long and horizontal, establishing the boundaries of each plot.
Along with the vineyard, the units also have orchards of orange, olive and almond trees that, in addition to acting as landscaping elements, also allow residents to use their own production
This project counteracts the current trend towards the continuous and uniform occupation of territories, allowing for the establishment of an open and privileged relationship with the rural environment.
